Recently purchased a GC CS2 compressor, and a 3liter tank. The CS2 can only fill to a hundred bar and stops. Tried a hand pump to see if will fill past a hundred. The hand pump feels like at max fill. Wouldn't the pumps fill past a 100bar, do to empty volume?

Which gauge(s ) are you reading from, tank, fill adapter or compressor? Maybe it's nothing more than an inaccurate gauge.

No, however think this is do the compressor. Not able to overcome the pressure coming from the tank. After 100 bar.

You may just have a small leak. Try soapy water at all plumbing joints to locate a possible leak, while pressurized.

Id of figured wether filling up to and past 100 or starting at 100 to get 300 all the same.
My first thought was bad guage just stuck at 100 being the compressor or you cant hardly hand pump any more ..

Sorry take that back there is a gauge on the compressor and one on the tank. Both read same while compressing.

Whatever you go with just check that part out . No point getting stuck again / same boat kinda thing.. between duty cycle and volume even that to do that job it's little tongue may be sticking out slobbering to make it .lol
