3 Liter Tanks from Tuxing or Acecare

I received the 3l tank today. Here's a couple pics for size reference. Not bad for $161 with a valve. I think I paid almost $400 for a Benjamin tank.

I just bought a tuxing 3l off amazon for $153. Got a valve off ebay (the larger brass valve that's chrome plated) for and a nice padded Guerulli bag for 39. Just finished filling it up today with multiple sessions with my shoebox compressor. I believe a 6.8l would have been painful to full with a shoebox. I am able to bring the 3l up about 700 psi in a 40 minute session and my temp on the compressor never exceeds 48 degrees (approx 120 F). I think it will be big enough for my shooting sessions right now and if I need something bigger I'll look into buying a 6.8l and a gx cs4. I have a scuba cylinder that is out of date sitting beside the safe and this 3l will be a much easier solution to deal with (even if it is not dot certified)

When shooting, it is nice to be able to crack a valve instead of powering up a compressor for sure. It almost makes direct fill feel kind of wrong after you get used to doing it.

I keep 2 6.8 L tanks on standby. I'm not sure if it makes more over-all sense to go w a bigger 9 or 12, but that's a whole different topic.

I ordered a Tuxing 3l tank from Amazon and wanted to find a bag for it. Walmart had a Tuxing bag for $13-$14 dollars so I ordered it. Shipping was delayed and when it finally came, it wasn’t a bag but another 3l tank. So I did the smart thing and ordered another bag, let’s see what I get this time. I also need to order another tank valve.

A new 3L tank for $14?!!! That can't be beat!

Makes you wonder how often people get an item shipped in error that works out better for them than the original order . . . I know for me it always ends up being something I need to return or exchange as it does not work for me, but that was a nice break in your case. Congrats.

I just can't find that post you made that said you told Walmart of their error and retuned that tank to them

I didn't see the post where you were appointed morality monitor.

If he wants to keep the error it is his right. It is also his right to suffer any consequences if Wallyworld discovers their error.

Big corps like thst usually eat that cost and would tell him to keep their error. But they would appreciate a heads up so they can fix whatever caused the original error.

But the choices are all his.

If it had come from Walmart, I would have returned it; but since it was a 3rd party sell from Chi-Na, I’m keeping it and hope they send me another tank when I reordered the bag. I’m one of those guys that walks back into the store to pay for an item that I missed when doing the self checkout, but I’m happy to get one over on the communists.

That's exactly how I feel about mega-million corporations.
I've been waiting years for one to goof for a couple hundred thou$and in my favor
