I went on AOA website to noticed that this gun is over 8 lbs. Is this correct? Being a bull pup, I thought it would be lighter.

Without a scope, it can weigh between 7..5 - 8.3 lbs depending on the type of stock and type of battery installed. Keep in mind is that DayState uses solid wood stocks which is one of their hallmarks. If you compare the Pulsar to FX Bobcat, they are almost identical in weight. I don't think DayState designed the Pulsar to be an ultra light bullpup like the Wildcat or Impact.

I planned on purchasing a bullpup and really thought I was going to get the .25 Wildcat but disappointed that it will not have the three settings. Really like all the bells a whistles of the Pulsar but concerned that after I mount a scope it may be too heavy to bring out in the field. I may have to hit the gym and get in shape! Don't really like the price tag of the Pulsar but having a hard time not going on the AOA website every day to look at it again. It really is a cool gun. I guess I'm hooked on airgun pic.
