I'm surprised I haven’t heard anything on here about this compressor. Nice video from shot show.

looks like there is some debate on whether that one on EBay is the same as the Xisico.

$59 is for the "Switching Mode Power Supply"

i don't see an auto shut mode, pressure or temperature gauge.

also, it says "It takes 5 min to fill full .5L tank to 4500 psi" and "It takes 12 min to fill full .5L tank to 300 bar"



if you look at the reviews, they are all for the Yong Hen compressors!

Hopefully the Xisico compressor works out. The video said they could do small tanks. Something reliable at a $350-500 price point seems hard to imagine. They will be sold out for years if they pull that off.

I'd use this for filling guns directly, no tanks. Way too slow, 

Give it some time. They Yong Hengs came out at $400 and up, now down to $240 or so. these will probably follow the same pattern, then you can take a pump with you to the field

Jefferson State air rifles have been testing the Xisico compressor and after the suggested changes they are going to be selling them. The one listed is a different color from the ones JSAR has been testing.Who knows if it's the real deal or not. ive been looking at the spark and nomad2 to get rid of the water pumping for portability

I had one for a while. One of the retailers in SA brings them in. Bought one as a backup to my bauer and as a portable/travel unit.

Seemed very solidly built and worked really well, except that it puts out quite a lot of moisture that I didn't trust my extra desiccant filter to completely clear out. It pumps quite slowly and very quietly which is probably good for longevity. The air cooling fans blow like little hurricanes though and are probably the loudest components. They work though and the heat sink are only warm to touch after filling a 500ml buddy bottle.

The 5min time is about right for a top up. Never filled anything from empty but 12min shouldn't be far off.

The one I bought I passed on to a friend who has been using it for about 6 months without any issue at all.

What I find interesting, the only ones I see on Ebay come from the same vendor in New Jersey. I cannot find them anywhere else, so maybe this is in fact something new on the market?

All Y'all needs to keep track of the power used = Watts!

A YH is about 1800 watts and a 12V unit is 1/4 or 1/5 the effect (360-400Watts).

No wonder it only needs 2 tiny fans to stay cool, unfortunatly it will work all night to fill a sizeable SCUBA tank to 4500psi! Any guarantee for that???

I would bet an eye and say that a 1.8kW YH yields something like 500-600Watts into actual filling of air into the tank. The rest is wasted as heat in: Motor, Compressor and residual heat in the air pumped into the tank. Thats why you need water.



No such thing as a free lunch!!!

Look at the massive fan and stacked airtubes between stages on a Bauer. Thats how they dodge the water! Lots and lots of air.
