4000PSI inline air cleaner

So I am a hand pumper who lives in Seattle Washington where humidity is 70%. I have a air dryer for the air coming into the pump. But as my Benjamin pump has failed I took it apart and I noticed all the water and rust inside of it. So that means that's what my air guns look like inside. So does anybody know of a small 4000 PSI capable inline air dryer? Or should I just make one. And what would you guys recommend for the dryer cotton or desiccant?

It would be best to have the company above provide the filter housing with foster fittings.

Typically the media is molecular sieve (either 3A or 13X) but this filter uses pre-made cartridges. 

If I was still living in the Seattle area I would buy a tank and be taking advantage of the certified dry air at dive shops around the area to protect your investment in gun or gun's.

It’s basically the same cartridge that’s used in the alpha filter from Joe B. Main difference it doesn’t have the priority valve that maintains the pressure in the cylinder. That can be added for roughly $80
