What about the Alkin mariner w31 ? It is on par with the bauer for less money and Better then the daystate2.

Look at the 12 volt thread. I can't find a name on it. $264 delivered. Filled the Crown 170 to 230 Bar 3 min. Ment to fill 1 liter or under.

Look into the Hatsan Lightning. Basically the same unit as the Air Venturi but with a couple of nice upgrades. It normally sells for close to the same price as the AV but Field Supply has them for $1093 right now. One or two issues with the first production units but that has been sorted out now. Worth considering.

I will add one more observation. Seems like there are quite a few of the AV / Hatsan units out there (88 reviews of the AV on Pyramyd Air for example). Yet I don't see them in the classifieds very often. Guess people are happy with them.

Yong Heng works fine. If you look at the Tuxing and perhaps a couple of the more expensive compressors, they are all basically the same design, but with things like radiators, and filtration built in. I would recommend a better filter than the Yong Heng ships with, but other than that, it's decent way to fill your tanks.
