Nice haul.... and I'd never have guessed that much meat out of one. Do you use the skins for anything? Wondering if they can be used to dress up a leather sheath or make a small coin purse/pellet pouch

Must definitely, pouches, wallets, belts, couches (don't ask me how), ear rings, ear gage, necklace, etc.

Thank you sir! I've had them before, but my cooking skills have not translated into me wanting to eat them weekly as of yet haha.

We sell the meat to local and out of state buyers. Some eat it, others sell it, and others use it for their hog and gator farms.

I've heard of several recipes that sounds good, I've just been so busy with work that I don't find the time to actually skin them and cook them.
