6k on one gun? I am having a hard time thinking about this. I'd probably go with either an AAA EVOL HPS .22 or Standard .30. No idea on what I'd put on top of it.

Pick whatever high end air rifle makes you happy, throw some good glass on it, adjustable rings, all the accessories, bipod, compressor, tank, chrony, etc, and then realize your probably over budget by $500 to $1000... And you hadn't bought any pellets yet...

I'd go with an uragan .30 king with an arken sh4 mil 6-24x50, an accutac pc5 bipod, a 98 cf tank, a young heng compressor to fill it, and the rest in sleeves of .30 jsb 44.75's and .30 Hades! One and done lol!

I would hang on to that amount and invest it to grow. Uncle Sam is going to want their money back at some point. Besides it is not enough for a gun of your dreams and the equipment needed to run it and use it that equals it. Sorry.

Just got off the phone with Thomas of Thomas Air Rifles. His rifes are high powerd, not sub-12 or 10 meter. The one he shoots sends 40gr .177 cal slugs at high power, the worlds best rifle right now. Thomas has been winning all the championships world wide. The slug rifle is $5000 but you get a die with it that makes the slugs.

I think it depends on what your expectations are when spending the money.
you can get a really nice rig for just under 2K, maybe even a grand and change.
Then spend the balance on what most shooters overlook;
learning how to shoot it...

I think I've already spent at least 3-4x's more than that figure...but if I had that much more to spend, I would add a either American Air Arms Slayer or an LCS SK19 in .30. Then buy clearer HD optics for my other guns.

I'd buy that one that fits that fits my build perfectly for comfort, functions for all my shooting needs, never fails in any way, and always hits the target. Even when I might not. I've got mine on order.
