75 and 100 cubic tanks

Hi, I am looking to get 75 or 100 cubic foot carbon fiber tanks from AOA or PA. Any reason to get one over the other besides price? Which of those tanks come ready with fittings for dive shop fills? If neither, what other fittings or connections do I need for dive shop ready fills?

I have an Air Venturi carbon fiber tank from PA. Airgun Depot. I don’t like the valve, but the tank is ok. The valve is too stiff for my liking making it difficult to ease it open so I don’t fill my guns too fast, especially just after topping off my tank. It has a DIN300 fitting that can be filled at a dive shop or on a home compressor capable of filling SCBA tanks if you have the proper fitting. Here’s a thread where someone asked the same question you’re asking years ago https://www.airgunnation.com/topic/carbon-fiber-tank/

Another more recent thread posted a couple weeks ago about SCBA tanks https://www.airgunnation.com/topic/looking-to-buy-and-air-tank/ Joe B’s products are mentioned here as well

Have you checkout any @joeb products? Look at his Great White tank setup. See what other members have to say about his products https://www.airgunnation.com/topic/joe-b-great-white-tank/

Airhog.com sells excellent tank/valve combinations that any dive shop can fill without an adapter. Airhog has been around longer than any carbon fiber tank seller and they don't B.S. about actual tank air capacity. Airguns of Arizona Omega tanks and valves are excellent values but 100 and 75cf air volume is marketing one-upmanship. All 6.8 liter and 9 liter tanks have the same interior displacement. The tank manufacturers such as Scott and Luxfor correctly list air capacity as 66 cubic feet and 87 cubic feet at 4500 psi. Don't assume one retailer that claims more capacity for the same sized tank makes their tank it a better value.

I just purchased a 72 CuFt tank from Joe Brancato....AirTanksForSale.com. It is what he calls the Tiger Shark tank. He sells very high quality tanks, lines, adapters, fittings, etc for whatever you need. Just another option for you to check out....
