Tuning 78G reseal

I just finished one. It's probably one of the easiest pistols to do. There is alot of information on them. You should do it yourself.

so, just for fun if you were to want to make your own stem seal
you need some 3mm urethane or close to it
a 5/16 inch leather punch and it should be sharp
a 1/8 leather punch
so how do you make the hole in the center centered
i took a piece of dowel and inserted a metal rod in the center
the dowel slips in the punch as you punch the seal out
small hole first and big hole next perfect seal

Put a cylinder in it today just to see, I was told it leaks down after a few days. Well as soon as I pierced it it was leaking pretty good by the cap, assume the seal. Still managed to shoot it over the chrono, was averaging about 360fps w/14.3's. Definitely going out to Phil for reseal. Shot it about 30 times until fps dropped to about 300. What a blast, can't wait to get it fully functional again.
