Well, I really blew it this time. I had one of the nicest/calmest mornings I could ask for when it comes to shooting ELR.
I was sure to bring lots of ammo and was ready to have a great time sending some long range lead across the canyon.
The only problem was that I somehow overlooked my air supply. I brought my tank, but hadn't realized how low it had gotten.
So after getting all set up, I realized I was running on fumes. Just barely off the reg.
I did manage to take a quick video of 1 full mag (25 shots) at just over 805 yards. About 1/2 to 3/4 of the way through, the elevation really started to drop off and I was having to adjust my holdover to keep up.
I gave up after that and of course the rest of the morning was calm as could be.
