No Triggertreat, I was using my new Eagle Vision .30 Magazine.
I saw the Airbuks video about them and bought two of them to try out. Believe me when I tell you that they cycle absolutely flawlessly! The do have a couple drawbacks though...such as the fact that I have to load them one pellet at a time because the lid won't fit on them when filled with pellets because the skirts flare outwards and prevent it from going on. Another annoying thing is that if you are not very very careful when handling it, the first pellet will fall out of the exit hole...an then another.. and another. The loading issue is really not a deal breaker for me because I am used to loading my magazines on at a time anyway, because I only have the old style small mags that hold 14 shots until I got these. I hated the FX plastic high capacity mags and got rid of them and opted for the original small ones.
As long as you are aware of these small quirks you won't be disappointed when you first get to using them, because they work so absolutely flawlessly otherwise. By the way, I am told that the .22 & .25 Eagle Mags don't have these problems but have no personal experience with them.
Another thing that took me awhile to figure out was the numbering system. There is a little pointer arrow on the side that points at numbers on the pellet dial. At first I wondered if it was showing me how many shots were left or if it was showing me how many shots I had fired...eventually my friend Joel at Palm Beach Airguns figured out that the arrow is pointing at the shot you're on! So if its pointing at the number 10 you would subtract that from the total of 23 and know that you have 13 shots left...including the tenth one you have loaded in the barrel...or if you fired that shot out of the barrel you would know that you have just 13 shots left. Actually it was confusing as hell to me, but then I can't add 2+2 and come up with 4 anymore unless I use a calculator...so maybe its just me?
