88 CF carrying / field kit???

Now those look nice. I've only seen two others of similar style - bags made by @Loren and someone in the UK that had some bags up for sale on ebay. Any idea on the price point of the Saber Tactical tank bags? Curious as to how durable they are.

I was REALLY hoping that this would work, but it was too small for me. Pretty nice bag otherwise. Great White (97CF) inside.

Here's the solution I'm using for my 98cu. 

So far it's working great. Lots of pockets and I can use the backpack straps to carry it and it frees up my hands to carry my gun, targets.....

It's a converted golf bag I use to carry my 9L cf tank and gear.

Having said that I just found something new. A wide mouth toolbox for $89.

4 Hard sides, like 40 pockets some zippered with hard rubber feet and a shoulder strap. I outlined the whole thing with a rubber mat.

I like it better than the golf bag.

Tomorrow will be its first test at the range.

Looks like a good choice. Is that the 26" or 30" version? Internal dimensions? Where did you buy?

I was looking first for these ToughBuilt but my HomeDepot doesn't selling exactly the 26" model bag and I don't want the 30" I already have one of those long bags.

So I got this one from amazon for my smaller acecare tank, fits perfect.

Just an update, the Tough Built bag worked perfectly! With all the pockets it's easy to get carried away with loading it down with a bunch of crap I don't need. 

Seems silly, but the shoulder strap is pretty awesome. Balances the bag and doesn't slide off my shoulder. 

The wide mouth opening is great for seeing everything in the bag, no digging around in dark corners.

Couldn't be happier!

I just picked up a 30” one of these and it fits my 98CF with room to spare. It is a rugged but heavy bag.

When I first got my air tank I needed a way to carry it to the field and picked up a bag made for that but soon found it had limitations in many ways. I saw a post on an airgun forum that used a tool box and I thought that was a great idea. I took some measurments and went to Home Depot where I found a box that would work for me. I sold the bag and have been happy since then. I have to admit that wide mouth tool box above would be really tempting if it had been available back then but this works fine for my needs.

Currently using a 2 wheel cart like shown in an earlier post, but just the other day saw a golf bag cart that looks to be just the ticket. Had rounded cradles to center and hold the bottle.
