9 years old - Again!

Yesterday I had one of those amazing airgun days.
First, I got to drive out into the countryside in Baldwin County Alabam.
Second, I got to meet up with a a fellow Airgun enthusiast.
Third, I got to play with some of the most beautiful Sheridan pumpers I’ve ever seen.
Best of all I learned a bunch!!!
And what the hell, I shot a beast of a Hatsan break barrel.

Thanks @Bear-of-Grayling !

I forgot to mention that it was the 1969 Version ? of these Sheridans in .5mm that hooked me deep into my love of Airguns
Yup, me too🎯.
My Dad had the crazy notion to buy me a Blue Streak for my 7th birthday in 1966.
I really had to work to pump and load it. Back then they were $28 at K-Mart.

Ah, memories..

My grandpa had a Sheridan hanging on a wall, unused in his basement for years. We (his grandchildren) weren't allowed to touch it until he passed away and then someone got it, but not me.

So I bought my own last year to see what all the hype was about and have to say for a 50+ YO airgun it performed flawlessly.

Great day for me as well cavedweller. Always fun to talk Airguns with a fellow enthusiast. Something special about reliving our childhood. Looking forward to a long and special friendship.

Yes ....
Brings back the memories of Living on a 3 mile ravine messing with airguns ..... hanging out with my Dad :sneaky:.
Wanted to be a Gunsmith until I was 15 or 16 .... Family pressure convinced me to go into College/Business.

- Fooling with airguns (in retirement) has returned me to those days :).
