Pyramid Air has a tank fill calculator link on all PCP air rifles page under the PCP hook-up page. It uses cubic feet to calculate fills per tank to air rifle fill levels. Using your figures and even a small 18 cubic foot guppy size tank you will only get three fills. A lot of people will only use a small tank like the one you mentioned if they have a compressor to fill it up. In that case you will be paying around $1000 plus for a booster compressor set-up of a few thousand for a stand alone compressor. I myself have a Great White 97 cubic foot, 4500 psi CF tank from Air Tanks For Sale. And with your figures it would fill your rifle 18 times.

Or..... he could buy a shoe box for around 500$ and just hook that direclty to his gun, or even better, to a small tank.

I bought a used shoebox on the yellow for 425 bucks and it has hardley skipped a beat after many many hours of pumping!!

Shoebox compressors are really really worth their money!
