i purchased a airrifle for $500. bucks it got here in 3 or 4 days" it was a leaker got a return label shipped it back.Refund was back in the bank in 4 or 5 days" would,nt no im looken at their site again" hum? i could try another one?
Midway has been a very good site for me. I'd talk to them about the guns leak, and let them know, that while you want the (or a...) gun, would they please test it like other internet shops do. They may be willing, or they may not if they don't have a setup range or even a way to fill the gun (!). So don't get upset if they say that they can't test the gun.
I would try again, but that's me. ONLY you can make that decision.
I bought my Avenger from them because they were the only place I found that still had one at the time. I got a PA 4-14 at the same time and some pellets. They put the pellets in the box with the gun and scope so they arrived in good shape. But normally their way of shipping pellets is not so good. But they ship quickly and have good customer service. I think they mainly sell things for powder burners but I think they are an OK source of airguns and related items.
I’ve bought scopes, benches, cases, etc. for them and they’ve been top notch. Red lam 54 Air King Pro I bought from the unfortunately arrived with a broken stock. RMA issued with no muss or fuss. Money credited back within 3 or 4 days of them receiving the package. Nothing but good to say about them.
I have had good luck with them as well and the birthday discount is where it's at!! I use my gfs birthday discount too.. hahhaa..they ship quickly and returns are easy..
I have used Midway quite a lot over the years, never a problem, and whenever, there was, a quick phone call took care of it with either a full refund or replacement and free return shipping. The birthday deals are awesome, but only come around once a year, unless of course you add another birthday. ;~)
