Joke all you want, I think its a great idea. Hope you are joking about the copyright cause I want to copy it.
All ya need is a junk pile of stuff and a nothing better to do day

Scrap 2x4 from hurricane damage barn roof, broken off at the ground end post, a square bucket the handle broke off, electric fence post rod, curtain clip things , old small nuts and bolts, old microwave oven skin, old cloths / folded jeans for fill , even reused som nails pulled out of the 2x4's ..lol. just stuff destined for the dump.

I built two pellet traps the other day that will see a lot of use this winter. They’ere not a whole lot bigger than necessary for an 8 1/2 x 11 copy paper.
One is the rubber mulch style and one is the duct seal style. Needless to say, the mulch style is way cheaper and easier to construct, and way way lighter. The duct seal one has three blocks of duct seal that weigh five pounds each, plus the would. So it’s pushing twenty pounds.
Both will see .177 and .22 pellet rifles and pistols. I have already cut a bunch of replacement cardboard backers to replace shot up ones.
The duct seal one is nice because it’s more compact but I found that it should be laid down on it’s back when not in use because the duct seal slowly flows downward.
Both work very well. I still want to make one with rubber mud flaps that are on a 45° and have mulch in the bottom for the pellets to settle into.

If indoors you'll appreciate the bigger..

When you have a premature oops trigger pull or a wild flyer your catch is maybe large enough to catch it not your rooms wall or window ,ect... now I can't help much on towards the ceiling ones ...

I know what you mean. I have a 3/4” 4’x4’ piece of plywood which is against a concrete block wall.

I love cheap traps made out of mostly trash. I usually comment on mine without pictures but this time I will include some pictures. I don't have a picture of my first one, my kids bought me a Crosman trap that was mostly plastic and it didn't last long. The next one was mostly wood with the metal from the Crosman behind some rubber mulch. It worked fine but as you can see, over time it got shot up. My current one is based upon an old breaker box I found in my shed. It is holding up a lot better. It is filled with rubber mulch. I occasionally dent the back but my most powerful airgun is under 50 fpe and it has not come close to going through. I put these traps on a 4x4 scrap wood pressure treated post that is held up by an old brake caliper with a piece of 2X pressure treated to transition between the two. I have concrete pavers set in my yard at 5 yard intervals and can move the post to any of them easily. The trap just sets on the 4x4. The post keeps my trap above the height of my dog. The handles on the trap were left over from my kitchen cabinets. I ordered them in bulk because they are a lot cheaper that way. My material cost in all this is near zero. I guess I paid a few dollars for the rubber mulch and for the chinese spinners on the 4x4.

We happened to have a laundry soap pods container ready for the bin, I think it'll be about perfect size for those 5"x5"(?) target cards I loaded up on. Currently have no way to take photos, but you have the general idea.

P.S. Good to see that model 25 has kept up. Never did find the muzzle extension for it...
Hay, buddy.. ya, been pretty good to me ..👍. I get a lot of fun shooting it .. so far since I got it I've only cleaned up that recoil slider rail thing to keep it smooth. Outside that been shooting steady as good as a guy can ask . The 95 saddly went flat . Ram just went flat over night . Shoot good , put it up for the day , got it out the next morning and no ram pressure ..

Glad to see ya around.. I tried checking you lastest posting dates at GTA , but looked older dates. Glad your still breathing..👍

The barn shop one is soft catch too , but I got a old throw pillow that near fit perfectly behind the folded blue jeans..

Defently makes cleaning out pellets easier then dealing with mulck or shredded stuff . Mostly hit the jeans and bounce off / fall to the bottom .. now mind you that's using sub 600fps guns @ 10m +/-. Something like more full power would just in time drill all the way through.. so with them I got a thick rubber semi truck type mud flap between the jeans and pillow part that slows to near prevents that .. the harder plastic mud flaps don't do as good. ( opinion)

Figured I'd build another out of the stuff I did not want to use on the first one..

anothertrailertrashtrap2.png
I guess it'll do..

Here's it's stuffing plan .

Old pillow fibers fill form a failed trap
trapstuffing1.jpg

This time stuffed it in a large ziplock and compressed it . ( near perfect fit)
trapstuffing2.jpg

Then the thick rubber mat .
trapstuffing3.jpg

And then old folded jeans for impact stage.
trapstuffing4.jpg

All that's required now is shoot in to it ..😜

Seems the test came out positive..lol

Another fine gett-toe product.

Haven't done much airgunning related until recent. Got word you may have been active here. Liking these trap ideas, I'm nearly all set up for 10m in the barn to keep out of the weather and evening/night shooting.

Too bad about that 95. Not sure if it's ram was rebuildable or not, but the 25 is if ever needed. For short range I've been using an P17, recoilless and make less power than that 25, yet you're still out shooting me 😂
