A heads up to those with the Steyr LP50 series guns

A short while back, a couple of people were asking about the ability to get the "silhouette grip" for the Steyr LP50 / LP2, (and all mechanical pistols).

I recently spoke with Neal at ISS, (International Shooters Service). He said that he has no problem getting them from Steyr. I had also e-mailed Steyr, some time back, and they said that they have them in stock to ship.

I did not ask about the cost, as I decided not to get one for other reasons.

So...there you are, if you still want a more vertical grip for your LP50, they are available.

Is it this grip? That’s my favorite grip by a long ways. It allows for lots of different holds for different shooting. It makes resting and shooting from bags possible because your hand isn’t restricted to the off hand position.

Yes sir, I believe so.

I shoot "off hand" / "free hand". I just like the shallower angle. When I was shooting firearms, I like the angle of the Sig Sauer / Government .45 vs. the Glock / Ruger angle much more.

Question - I wear an xx or xxx motorcycle glove. How do you think this grip and my hand will get along ?
