I must say, upon opening my new LDC from Mr. Neil Clgue, I was instantly impressed with how professional looking it was. I looks like it came from the factory. Awesome job in the looks department. I know a lot of people don't care for the "can at the end of the barrel" look but I love it and think this one looks great. Obviously I was very excited to get to try it out and this is one of the great instances where it performed just as well as it looks. Literally, and I do mean literally, all you can hear is the action of the gun. I even leaned over to get as close to the muzzle as I could and I still couldn't hear anything. The beautiful sound of silence. Thank you Neil, it was a pleasure dealing with you!

I'd have to measure it when I get home later to give an exact length but as far liking it goes. .....I'll probably literally never sell it. That is coming from someone who's bought and sold a lot of pcp's over the years. As far as cost, check airgun depot for specials they run. This gun is half the cost of most of the guns that are just as accurate. Don't take my word for it there are tons of reviews online and I can't find a bad one. Guiles at the airgun gear show just did one recently that pretty much sums it up.

Cliff, sorry I should have been more clear. I meant the cost of the LDC. I actually have a BSA R10 MK2 in .177 as well in black. Thing is its load as hell. Louder than my wildcat in .25 and for sure my marauder in .22. It's not back yard friendly by any means. I chronoed the gun and it's shooting crossman premiers at 1020. Any velocity readings from your gun yet?

Thanks Scott but I do need to say this, I do not make a standard size for any air gun, the size I make is decided after finding out what the customers needs and requirements are. It is usually done in co-ordination with the customer to give him the best size and effectiveness for the intended use of his gun. So for someone who wants to shoot in their home or back yard and size is not an issue but effectiveness is, the recommended size would be longer, for someone who wants to carry their gun around for hunting purposes the recommended size would be shorter. So the final size I build them is coordinated with the customer. Of course I do have a few customers I do not need to ask, because I know their requirement is as quiet as humanely possible! Hi Boombots,

I'll have to wait til I get home to measure the length of the gun with the LDC. I don't think the OAL changed very much though since you lose quite a bit of length off the BSA when you remove the factory shroud from the barrel. The cost of this particular LDC was $145 if I recall correctly. Also, when I had my chrony I believe the BSA was shooting somewhere around 900 fps. I remember being very impressed with the shot string. It had an extreme spread of about 4 to 6 feet per second.

Possibly, I can try for a video although I don't have a scope cam set up. I'll have to wait for a calm day, the weather here tomorrow is supposed to be fairly windy. Also, I can shoot it side by side with my .22 Cricket and my . 25 Royale to give a sound comparison.
