A New Wolf Rises

From suggestions and previous Daystate names I think one of the best names would be:
Dire Wolf Alpha or if you wanted to follow Daystate naming conventions closer then Alpha Dire Wolf.

Alpha Dire Wolf would be a bad name though because they already have a Alpha series of airguns.

So I think Dire Wolf Alpha would be a good name. Then they could have Dire Wolf Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon etc etc for different versions.
Or if they wanted to go the color route they could have the Dire Wolf Red, Blue, Green etc etc
Or if they wanted to go the 3rd route they could have the Dire Wolf Specter, Hunter, Stalker, Predator etc etc

Ranchibi suggested Dire so cudos to him. I think he might be right.

Crazy Wolf
Without knowing anything and not hearing or seeing any rumors or leaks all I can do is guess.
As a minmaxing 1337 gamer let's speed hard core raid it shall we...

So the teaser is a picture of a feline of some sort with the text "a new wolf rises"

This feline hybrid thing has a feline nose, forehead, jaw with lion goatee, fur coat and overall head shape. Eye to me looks more feline and ears could be either.
Snout is too short for a non ****** canine, kinda reminds me of some sabertooth logos I've seen.

Looking at Daystates website we can see the following products:
Alpha Wolf Performance
Alpha Wolf Blue Special Edition
Alpha Wolf Safari Edition
Delta Wolf Performance
Red Wolf
Red Wolf Grand Prix
Wolverine R
Huntsman Revere

As far as I could tell there is nothing above .30 caliber.

Lets take a look at the roman alphabet.
alpha - Already in use
beta - no one would be dumb enough to use this
gamma - no one would understand it
delta - Already in use
epsilon - This is a good contender
zeta - maybe but not likely
eta - no one would understand it
theta - no one would understand it
iota - no one would understand it
kappa - no one would understand it
lambda - only sorority sisters and guys would get this one
mu - no one would understand it
nu - no one would understand it
xi - no one would understand it
omicron - maybe but not likely
pi - no one would understand it
rho - no one would understand it
sigma - no company would have the balls to use this as they'd be too afraid of the mentally challenged's complaints...
tau - no one would understand it
upsilon - no one would understand it
phi - no one would understand it
chi - no one would understand it
psi - no one would understand it
omega - This is a good contender

Then we have colors, Daystate has names using Red and Blue. RGB standard would suggest the next one be Green.

So based on my life experience and knowledge here are my conclusions:
Logo
Logo doesn't mean anything, it's not of any known animal on the planet and likely something an Ai logo service made.
Daystate doesn't have a specific wolf logo engraved on any rifle as far as I could tell though I did only skim trough the pages. They do have a wolf stylized O in the word wolf. At least I think it's suppose to be a wolf head but it looks more like a lizardman medieval helmet to me.

Promo text
A New Wolf Rises
How new? Brand new or iteration new? One would expect a brand new product with a promo like this but from previous experience with other manufacturers that's hoping for too much.

Previous Products
Does Daystate innovate or iterate? I'm not too familiar with their products other than that they are outside most peoples budgets. Over the past 5 years or so I can't remember them making anything that made me go "wow, that's interesting". All I can remember are new iterations of old guns.

Naming Conventions
Daystate likes the words Wolf, roman letter and a color.
Roman letters not used and that people would recognize would be epsilon, omega, omicron and zeta. Of these epsilon is the most likely due to recognition.
I don't think Daystate has the balls to use Sigma, it would provide a HUUUUUGE boost of free advertisement and real men would love and cheer for it and the meme advertisements you could do would be legendary, it'd be a rifle people would buy just for the meme alone.
Daystate most certainly doesn't have the balls to use it though.

Conclusion or TLDR
Most likely scenario is that it's just another iteration of the Alpha Wolf Red but this time called Alpha Wolf Green or some such, with the Safari name the new one could be Wildlands, Outdoors, Outback. With a name like Safari you would expect above .30 caliber but nope.

So my personal guess would be another iteration on the Alpha Wolf Red but called Alpha Wolf Green/Epsilon or Alpha Wolf Wildlands or some such.
The special thing about the rifle would be that it's above .30 caliber at .35-.50 caliber. They have never, to my knowledge, made a rifle above .30 so that would be what this rifle is about.

A more interesting rifle would be if they made something "brand new" instead of just "new".
Afaik all their rifles are side lever so a semi auto would be interesting or a purpose built mid price point rifle. Something the average person could afford and an untapped market for Daystate.
The Sigma Wolf Hunter/Predator/Stalker or... green... in .22, .25, .30 in semi auto with a 20, 18 or 15 round magazine would be really cool but I'd say there is less than 1% of it being something like this.

What I'd bet money on is another side lever rifle designed for something their other rifles aren't. There isn't much left other than "long" range precision in the 100 meter/yards class. Afaik the BRK Ghost is their 50 yard precision rifle, no idea how good it is above 50 yards.
So probably a bench rest or PRS style rifle with a long barrel, large air tank and the always mentioned super grip and super trigger.
Something that is too heavy for mobile pest control but usable for 50 yards + pest control from a fixed position.
Something like the Hatsan Factor Sniper L but with a Daystate name and design.

So that's my guess but I could be wrong since...
Aha, a gene edited hybrid, so a Liger Saber Dire - Wolf, or "LSD" Wolf, lol.
:p

Whatever they call it, everyone is going to have to watchout for their she-wolf, since they are releasing it on Valentines Day. I think it would have been a lot smarter, from a marketing perspective and a relationship one, to have released it two days sooner on the full moon, and not the one day of the year where you had better be thinking about someone else.
