Maybe they want to compete with other brands pricewise. I would say the tubed airguns are usually a slight cheaper.Goes without saying as daystate/brk is as overpriced as overpriced gets in this industry.

There seems to always be a “catch” with english guns in generel whether its a shotgun, boltaction or doublerifle. When looking and the skywolf image the rear stock seems to be a bit odd. Everything else looks ok. Like I wrote theres always a catch.

It is replacement theory, all air rifles must be replaced by Daystate ones. 
For a man accustomed to Rigby i dont think he is lacking anything, hell i ever only handled Parker & Hale for higher end rifles, and it was pretty unspeakable things i did to them, things i would absolutely refuse to do now that i am grown up.

And even farther out for a married guy on a pension.I think it will still be outside what a bachelor on a pension can muster.
I think I'm destined to enjoy what I have.. which is not really a bad thing. I have all my intended uses covered and then some. I have some sellables to keep them running and I have lots to tinker with.

What interest me the most is the barrels, CUZ to me it seem like daystate are the only ones that try something new for our little pea caliber.
I dont really want to get more of the same old same old i already have.
PS: on the way out the door to buy a fan for the oven in our shot shed, and my friend will try to swap the little diesel heater for the 8Kw one before next weekend, CUZ really as is, it look to be colder than i prefer heated shed or not, not least factoring in wind direction, which at our place will be right in the face / in the shudders we shoot out of.
But yeah Søren i really got to visit you some time this year

I'm more excited knowing that it's a mechanical platform. I really hope it's AR15 grip/stock compatible, and that they have different lengths available. Basically, I'm hoping for something similar to an AAA Evol that is actually available to buy and a little cheaper.

The thread didn’t ask us to help them name it, so sure... It was just a marketing tool to get us talking about what we might see, and it sort of worked as it got 7 pages of comments. I think it took on a kind of its own with the naming thing. Obviously there were people in the know that knew things but tried to be careful what they shared.

I like the idea of mechanical as long as it is easily adjustable, and an AR grip would be nice, but the smoke screen shots look like wood/laminate. As long as they don’t make us buy a $2k PRS chassis in order to have a chassis (like with the Red Wolf). If that is the only option, it will be easy to skip.
