Turn it up over a chronograph to get where you'd like to be. It's just a tune, it's not black magic or that scary after you're done one. Finding info and replacement parts for aea stuff is a bit of a pain.

I was asking because I have seen videos where people are saying to leave the reg ant the factory setting and use the power adjustment wheel to dial in speed.

That's generally sound practice to see what the tune can do. I did a search when I first saw your thread, but i think I went too direct in searching the factory setting. Maybe searching for alternate tunes might lead to a thread that happens to mention stock setup.?
