[Duckfish]

I have a nice English made Webley Longbow in .22. I really like how it shoulders. It’s my favorite carbine.
However the breech seems very tight. JSB HN seem too tight. Are there other pellets with a smaller diameter?
there are not a lot of people who have this gun so I don’t know if this is normal. I see our new member Tin Bum sells pellet sizers, I don’t know if that is really a solution.

I would push a pellet through the bore and then measure the lands and grove marks on that pellet as compared to other rifles. If it is the same or better, then I would open the chamber a bit. Scoot could polish it for you to open it up.
