As I understand that the very first shot at a bit low fps after putting the gun idle for a couple of days is NOT an issue. But the very next shot should be within acceptable fps range.
The main issue with M3 and MK2 PP is when after putting the gun idle for a night or two, the fps drops by around 40 and it takes 3 to 4 shots during which fps gradually come back to the original setting.
Further in M3 and mk2 PP if even after shooting a few shots, you attain the original fps, and then put the gun aside for 20 minutes, the 1st shot will again be at low fps which is a great loss for a hunter.
This is the main issue and it is not related to cold shot.
By change of design of front part of plenum, the 1st shot after a night will be a bit low but the 2nd shot will always be in acceptable fps range. Further after putting the gun aside for 20 minutes, the 1st shot is perfect as far as fps are concerned.
This is the whole story and the issue which is being addressed with various methods.
I hope I have explained properly.
