Is there such a thing as a dovetail mounted compact rear iron sight? I recently acquired a .25 caliber Quakenbush short breech with a 8 & 5/8" barrel and wanted to set it up iron sights only -

Any & all advice is much appreciated!

I replaced the rear sight on a Walther cp88, and that was dovetail mounted. You may do a search for that one?
Edit: oh, I see now. The Q don’t have the dovetail track milled in the receiver, such as the W cp88 has.

The only dovetail rail sight I know of for pistols is a Williams pistol target sight, but I wouldn't call it "compact". That said, it should be a very nice sight.

If you have a breech that has the cross-milled dovetail slot, the Crosman LPA-MIM sight is the bees knees! I have one on my 1701P.

This will have to work untill I can come up with something better -

Alchemy Airwerks rear sight, made to fit their aluminum Crosman style breech. Had to whittle it down a little with the grinder, minute of beer can capable in the man cave.
