If I might make a suggestion .... 
The PEEK seat on the HP end of spool remain as factory has it, in having the material 100% within a pocket ( Surrounded by brass )
Extrusion or radial expansion will be less and the hard seat contacting it will dent it less over time & use.
JMO ...

Agreed. I did what you are advising. The peek seat is kept protected from extrusion in the pic. This seat has been made by my machinist.If I might make a suggestion ....

The old piston doesn't appear to be repairable as it is also a bit bent.

Tested the gun for accuracy at 75 yards using JSB Redesigned pellets at around 965 fps.
Wind was 15km
I feel the groups are nice. One group is of 15 shots. Other of 11 shots
The whole project costed around US$ 570
Is it reasonable cost and performance?

Well, I was one of those people. First airgun I’ve ever took apart.
A background in precision machining gunsmithing on powder burners and silversmith with lots of tools. I bought a RAW hm1000x used . After a couple weeks it started leaking. So…..I start looking around I see Mubhaurs video order the o ring pack & start in.ask a bunch of questions & post some pics of this forum. ( thanks to all that helped me)I took it apart, blew it out with canned air, inspected parts with 10x loupe, cleaned & lightly lubed & changed o rings . It’s back together running 920 fps with 18 gr. Pellets. I do agree though about “ bubbacizing” on guns or what I like to say, 98% of folks shopping at DIY stores , Lowe’s, Home Depot, shouldn’t.

Here are results of JSB Knockout .216 slugs at same distance of 75 yards at 950fps.

Cost .. is subjective unknowing HOW MUCH time/labor & outside payed to others you have invested and at what rate per hour ?

I didn't count the number of my working hours. Plus I had to spend a lot of time with machinist to guide him what to do and to what extent. Regulator is new but modified as per my specs by the machinist.
Hence I am just talking about the cost as a TURN KEY PROJECT to give new birth to a ruined RAW.
I plan to make a video on RAW regulator.

I am extremely surprised what the user or some tuner has done to this RAW.
In reality the magazine is of .25 caliber. Someone applied electrical tape to convert it into .22
Not successful.
Pellet probe and transfer port with sealing O ring has been installed.
Gun looks nice but magazine cannot be used.
It Nisar Bhai's RAW HM1000X that can be used as single loading gun.

OK, now that magazine is a hack job. The guy wasn't trying to learn anything, he was just cheaping out. That kind of work is at another level of horrid and I wouldn't really call it hobbiest either. There's parts there though.
