Hello AAFTA Clubs!

The Cajun Spring Classic is in the books and was a great event! Perfect weather, great courses and a bonus Benchrest match. 

Congratulations to top shooters Lauren Parsons-WFTF, John Tafoya-Hunter PCP, Mike Kleinpeter-Hunter-Springer and Pistol, and Ray Barnett-Open.

A BIG THANKS to the Bayou Airgun Club for doing a great job hosting their GP and for their dedication to the sport of Field Target!

Next stop on the GP circuit is the Carolina Classic in Pleasant Hill NC, May 13-15! This GP offers two different courses of both woods and field, as well as a great pistol course. It’s going to be a great event, and you can still register HERE! 

Then we move to a NEW event- the Baystate Challenge GP- held at America’s oldest active gun club, Mas Rifle Association in Woburn Massachusetts. It’s a great thing to see a new FT venue coming to fruition, and you can attend the very first Baystate Challenge Grand Prix! More info can be found HERE!

Really good to have someone from AAFTA on the forum, announcing GP's and, in general, keeping the shooters and AAFTA connected. Much appreciated.

I do encourage clubs to register your GP matches on the aafta.org site. We may not know about your GP plans and submitting it on the site is the best way to keep us informed of your plans so we can highlight your upcoming event!
