I did a search here and with Google and can't seem to find information about this warranty and who services it. Can someone point me in the right direction? Has anyone attempted to use it successfully?

Accessing RWS Lifetime Warranty

It used to be Umarex, but when RWS and Diana parted ways a few years ago, Umarex had a fire sale and dumped all their RWS branded rifles dirt cheap. You can try contacting them and ask who now services any warranty problems with the RWS rifles, but don't cross your fingers about an answer.

Our of curiosity, what's wrong with the gun? From your other post it looks like you may have replaced a spring? That will generally void your warranty so just a heads up there

I don’t know what the issue is. I’ve considered replacing the spring but haven’t done anything yet but the breech seal.

I assume it just isn't as accurate as you had hoped for? What pellets/group sizes are we talking about here? How many shots are through it so far?

An RWS Lockdown Mount to get optic close to optically centered and then tune it. Better guide, less buzzy spring, and a less slam happy piston would do wonders for you I think. Like I said, just my 2 cents.

Unfortunately reviewers on Amazon say that the Hawke 2-7 scopes are not suitable for that mount.

Use a UTG dovetail to weaver compensated rail and whatever rings you want. I have one on my d34 pro compact with weaver rings.
