Great and very thorough review Tom. All the info you need and none you don't! I have to say that I used and loved Atlas bipods for a long time, well I still do, but my FC-G2 is the cream of the crop and I now use it about 80% of the time. I've been wanting a smaller bipod for the field though and I think you just sold me! Nice video!

Would like to see a pan feature for my needs, untill then I'll stick with an atlas, which is another top tier bipod though that AccuTrac sure is robust!

Great review Tom. I love my Accu-Tac BR-4 G2 bipod. I like how your face turned red when you tried to defeat the tilt/cant feature and it looks like you really tried hard lol. That feature is not gonna move under the weight of a normal gun to include firearms.

Thanks for the comments guys! @Stoti - I'm pretty much on par with what you said. I still have and sometimes use my Atlas bipods. They have a place in my collection and probably always will. @Peskadot671 - most of the bipods I have tested, it hasn't been too hard to overcome the features. And a majority will hold under the pressures of normal shooting. It never even dawned on me to make it look any harder than it really was. The amount of force I needed to use to overcome that tilt would have been sufficient to rip the rail right off the stock of my Red Wolf and Wolverine R. That's one of the reasons I decided not to use an airgun for these tests. I knew at some point I'd be pushing the limits and could do inadvertent damage to a rifle.

Thanks Tom. Good idea on using a more solid foundation to do your testing. Now if Accu-Tac would come out with a light weight but durable version of their bipods, it would be awesome.
