It's been my experience, significant accuracy issues are almost always traced to the barrel. Tuning is important, and it definitely affects accuracy and shot count. But I've never seen it move a poor performer to excellence.

Marko, your speed of 840fps is unusually slow for a Bantam…I think your groups may tighten up with speeds closer to 900fps. My Compatto was around 890fps and laser accurate. Maybe your HS needs to be adjusted.
Give it time and keep putting pellets through it. My .22 Sniper XR kind of sucked when I first got it. I think the LW barrels are made of harder steel or something. Mine took a while to break in. And the factory mag actually needed a break-in period too. I bought some CARM mags and my accuracy instantly improved. Then I saw a video where the guy chamfered the exit hole for the factory mag and his accuracy got better. I did the same thing and so did mine. I probably have about 800 pellets/slugs through it now and it’s a laser beam. I’m hitting ground squirrels at 100 yards with the Howler slugs consistently. And the Huma reg is awesome.
Play with your speed. I have two guns that when I slow the 18.1’s down too slow, the groups open up just like when I make them too fast. The key words are open up. The gun still shoots good but when you find the right speed it shoots better. That sniper looks like it has a long barrel. Bump your speed up a little to get more dwell time and see if your groups improve. Your gun looks accurate just sitting there. I like Brocock rifles. Ergonomically they have things figured out.

Marko, I shot these four groups at 50 yards consecutively, wind from the south gusting to 7 mph. I was, am hungry and tired and waiting for dinner but wanted to prove a point. They're nothing special just groups. All four groups bipod front fist rear. Groups 3 and 4 covered by a dime. Under calm conditions I've done a lot better. Strelok shows over two inches of drift at 50 yards with my setup in a 7 mph wind. Point is the wind is variable at all times and so is the tension in my fist. So I don't expect MOA at fifty yards in all conditions.

Mine likes AA18’s at 880. It does NOT like H&N’s or JSBs. The accuracy difference is astonishing,
This is just a thought that if increasing the velocity Doesn’t help or anything else that was suggested maybe try to push a pellet down the barrel and make sure there aren’t any loose or bad spots in the barrel. Just because it looks good looking through it doesn’t mean it actually is. (SORRY I did see were you said you was going to try that now.)

I was thinking that way but adjusting regulator could harm my warranty that is written in the manual.
One of my most accurate pcp's was Kalibrgun Cricket with cz barrel shooting Jsb 18.13 at 730fps.Average 100 yards groups were just over an inch with a few under. That is why i bellive it is not all in the speed. But again every barrel is different.
Thanks Marko
