From Alibaba, Aliexpress and Amazon, never direct from their US Site.
Usually Alibaba or Aliexpress. Depends on if Aliexpress is having a sale, coupons and coins really reduce the price. I got a 1.1L fat CF tank for $82 shipped.

I have twice. Shipping seems high but the total to-you-door prices are competitive vs Amazon. I like have one point of contact sale vs the layers of Amazon, eBay, ali, etc. My last order was available in the US warehouse and I had it in about a week. My other order I had a partial shipment from the US and the balance from China via SF Express. The China shipment took about two weeks. They emailed me with order updates, tracking info etc.

I have a Acecare 6.8-liter CF but i went through Acecare and had to pay a customs fee, the bottle itself seems of good quality, and I have had it 3 years so another 2 years when I have it tested then at that time I will really know about its quality and hopefully not before LOL.

They have to be DOT certified to be filled at a scuba shop ..otherwise, they won't touch them

It was tested before Acecare ships, I fill my own, so I have them tested once every 5 years and take very good care of them,They are kept in a protective bag. If you're talking about the MSA tank it was tested with a tag on the tank and paperwork showing it.

They are on the ace care website. Was just there yesterday. 2nd or 3rd page under air cylinders.

If you're going to buy an acecare tank. Buy a compressor with it , and it’s still cheaper, (and better IMHO) that an Air Venturi. I've got both. LOL

Nothing like having your own compressor no matter what type or size, just don't push them past what they're capable of and keep them cool.
