Adding an Arca rail to a JTS Airacuda Max

I am a big fan of mounting pic and arca rails "properly" imo. So I will show you how I did it on my buddies rifle on Sunday evening.

Also these rifles aren't bad for the money, that's a 35 yard 10 shot group.

Nice work. What cutter did you use for the spotfacing ? Picture with drill looks like a drill press. Did you do spotfacing in a milling machine ?
I did this all with my milwuakee hand drill. I usually drill the pilot hole first , get it the same size as the insert on the tnut, then I use a counter sinking bit in the same drill after taping over the area I will be spotfacing. I am not wood worker but I try to use as much common sense as I can lol. Thanks for the compliment. My biggest thing was making sure the exterior counter sinking was done so that the rail ran parallel with the stock face.
