If your trying to make a full power 50 caliber more quiet adding that 6 1/2 extension tube to an Emperor makes a huge difference on my 50 caliber megalodon. Since Meg’s either barrel length version are on the short side anyway all that moderator length isn’t as bad to manage as you might imagine. Once you get used to it at least. I imagine it would be even more effective on anything 45 caliber as well. If you’re considering an Emperor , I personally wasn’t happy with it alone on the Meg, it does improve the pitch of the sound into something less noticeable, but it was still pretty loud. The extension tube lowered the level of the sound as well. Maybe this will help someone thinking on something for a 50.
