Advice about Wingshot II

Need some advice. I've read some very positive reviews about the Wingshot on the forum and I'm not sure why I am having such bad luck with this....... (I suspect it may be the vendor I chose to purchase this from.)

The first one I ordered didn't hold air and was sent back as defective. The second one I received has a major alignment issue between the barrel and receiver, its skewed to the left. The barrel is also not square to the top of the receiver and is rotated to the left.

It shoots just like it looks, about 10" low and left at 12 yards.

Do I have a legitimate complaint here or is this what I should expect from the Wingshot II and my $800?

That looks like a rifle you would use at the fair to shoot small targets. Send it back,
