AEA Assassin .22 Semi-Auto cycling

I remember seeing a video where the AEA HP did not cycle if the moderator was not installed.

Does anybody know if the .22 Assassin has the same limitation?

I've been looking at the Assassin as a Leshiy 2 alternative for backpacking. I've also been looking at the Element, but think semi-auto is worth a couple extra lbs.

I have the Assassin In .22 . I have not shot It without the moderator simple reason Its to LOUD without It , but with the moderator It cycles fine .

You won't be involved in any cycling issues without a removable moderator.

HP Assassin .22 Cal or .25 Cal models will cycle smoothly without removable moderators.

Don't worry about that now.

It cycles with and without the moderator! Without the moderator this thing is loud!
