Tuning AEA Challenger .45 pup air gauge.

Looking to purchase a new 5000 or 6000 psi Air tube gauge for my Challenger. I believe it’s a 28 mm gauge. The stock one is off by 300 to 400 psi. I ink marked a line at 3000 psi for reference while hooked to my fill station using 4” wika gauges. But I want to buy a better gauge that I can read. I like the looks of Talon Tunes gauge. But wasn’t sure of the thread and pitch size. I measured the threads being just shy of 8mm across. They look to be a straight thread and not tapered. The gauge also uses a white, flat seal at the bottom of the end cap. It was mushed and somewhat sealing the gauge hole. I replaced it with a new seal. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks Darrell

Thanks. I thought it was British. I will look into the Edgun West site. I was looking at the Orcair digital ones. But I seen a lot of mixed reviews. But at $40, I might take a chance.

I have the hardware type place card readers. I forgot about using them. Thanks

I did order the Orcair digital gauge. It’s a 1/8 bssp male thread. I also ordered a 304 SS 1/8 bssp female to m8x1 male adaptor. The Challenger has a gauge cover that will still cover most of the gauge if I have to use the extended adaptor. If they don’t work out, I have a few other guns that have different thread types. So maybe I will use it elsewhere on one of them.
