Thanks Tucker. I'm a sucker for max power and these AEA rifles don't disappoint. Will definitely give it a watch. Really like your channel. Seems the challenger pro needs to be tamed not boosted more. lol.
Thanks Silver. I enjoyed reading your post. I don't have a Guanlet, but I keep hearing good reviews on them.I have one in 30 ... unfortunately I changed the spring a few times and now have no idea if the "high power" or regular spring is in there. I never really noticed much of a difference in power except the heavy spring seemed to waste air. So I think it's the regular spring I'm using now. I'm shooting 60 grain NSA .303 about 130 fpe @ 2900 psi reg. I've had the reg set higher but I think it performed better backing it off the limits just a little.
Still I generally pick up my Guantlet 30 instead of the C-Pro 30 when I want to shoot. I think it's mainly the ergonomics that I prefer. I may eventually trade the C-Pro 30 for something else, as these two guns are basically redundant in their capabilities, of course with an edge to the C-Pro for max power and range of tune.
You are getting some wicked power out of that 25. Anyway I'm subbed to your channel now for parts 2 & 3, and also have your Gamo Gen3i video saved for later as I've been thinking about picking up a repeating break barrel.
I have some videos coming out soon on the AEA 30 Cal Long Barrel. I getting some really crazy accuracy using the 30 Cal LB and AEA 50.5g pellets. The AEA Challenger Pro .30 is on my short list!
Hi Tec,Hi Mike,
I have the newest AEA Challenger Pro .357, I like what you did with those rails. Are you considering making them for sale for the .357?
What REG pressure were you running the 50 AEA grainer and what FPS?Thanks Silver. I enjoyed reading your post. I don't have a Guanlet, but I keep hearing good reviews on them.
I recently got an AEA Challenger Pro 30 cal in Long Barrel. I have a couple of videos coming soon on this rifle. I can tell you the 30 Cal long barrel shoots the AEA 50.5g pellets crazy accurate.
Thanks again for watching and being a fan of the channel.
