AEA HP SS .25 Overview and Question

Does anyone know if there is a threaded LDC available for these rifles? All I can find is an adapter from Donny for the terminator, and dont know if its the same thread.

Anywho, I recently received my HP SS in .25. Its a great gun for the price if you're willing to work on it.
Some of the issues being the loudness of the rifle (hence the question to fit a moderator) and the trigger.

However, I was able to take out the trigger, sand it down a bit, and polish. Its still heavy, but significantly better. To the point where its no longer a deal breaker (but still heavy).

The accuracy is about an inch at 20 yards. Was hoping for better, but I think the barrel is like 6 or 7 inches, so maybe I should throttle my expectations.

The pluses are the price, the folding stock which is well build, overall looks, and semi-auto action. If you get the semi, you can switch it quite easily to bolt action, and having that flexibility is great. The gun is also modular if you wanted to get a bottle with an extended barrel.

I had the gun completely apart. Its a very simple design, easy to work on, not many places for things to go wrong or break.

I should also mention that Bin (https://pcpcom.us/) has been amazing to work with. Great customer service, very friendly, and will reply to your emails faster then you can write them!

The biggest help I think makes the gun better to shoot is to sand down and polish the trigger sear. But do it carefully and take baby steps as you cant add back material.

Bin posts a lot of videos on his YouTube channel showing how to do this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgLbx9dMvWI&ab_channel=SigShooter)

Other than that, clean the barrel as they come dirty and will help with groups. I wish accuracy was better, but with such a short barrel, not sure what to expect...

I applied a bit of silicon grease to the bolt probe. It lubes up the o-ring and will close fully when cycling.

But you're right, this gun has a longer break-in period than other guns.

Hope this helps!
