AEA Terminator 30 magazines

I have been trying to find 30 cal mags for the Terminator sinse last summer. For some reason they are unobtainable. I had some carousel wheels made for my two 30 cal mags and decided to purchase the ..357 mags and try to convert to 30 cal. The body is the same size but the clear plate cover and carousel are different. Anyway I changed out the carousel and left the cover as is. So far it is working fine and I have not had any jambs. This might be an option for others who are trying to find 30 cal mags. Converted mag on the left.

@Sicumj do you by any chance have the STL file to 3D print the rotary? I want to try to do this conversion as well, it's still impossible to find 30 cal mags for Terminator unfortunately :(. Thank you!
You bought that one on AA classifieds, didn't you?
I saw that and considered it, but as you have found out, there are none available.

Congrats on excellent deductive work! Yep, that was me ;). And yes, I already knew that these mags are hard to find nowadays. I wanted 30 cal Terminator for quite some time and couldn't find one. I'll figure out the mags one way or another and will post the end results. So far, conversion of 35 to 30 seems the easiest way (I have 3D printer anyway and replicate the rotary). I probably will try to print the whole mag too, this will take quite a lot of time and work, but it's a fun project. Will share my end results on AGN!

I have the 2 that came with my Terminator and thought about printing my own but decided two was enough. They have the strongest spring of any magazine I've encountered. Loading them can get a little exciting when they pop loose from your hand.

I ran into a member here that is working on some prototypes. I don't know if he has an interest in making any or not. I'll talk with him and see. He developed the file.

I need to update my original post. I was using slugs when I converted the 35 housing to my 30 cal. I have some problems with pellets shooting and not jamming. So I took the rotary wheel out of the 35 mag and placed it in a 30 cal housing and it worked fine. So if you need to repair your 30 mag you can purchase a 35 mag and use the rotary and gain a spare spring. FYI.
