AEA Aea terminator

I've had one for awhile. Mine has been trouble free. I removed the stock tanks and installed 700 ml CF tank. The barrel is .303 so slugs shoot better in that size instead of .300. Currently shooting FX 50.2 gr pellets. Accuracy with these pellets is excellent. I have better than a thousand rnds through it so far.

I got one here used in .357. Mine has been reliable thus far with only maybe 150 rounds through it. It came with a bum mag, but I rebuilt it and all seems well. I went ahead and got my first hog with it, and bought a spare valve pin after hearing so much about them breaking

until it gives me cause I will consider it to be reliable.

The pins on the HP series are fragile. The Terminator has a much larger pin and shaft. I've not had to replace one. I bought mine for coyotes. If I had anything to complain it would be the trigger pull and the weight. Both were delt wth. The two aluminum tanks add quite a bit to the weight issue and the trigger on mine is now at 4.5 lb. It is accurate enough to shoot golf balls at 60 yards.

I am new member and joined as I’m very interested in getting 35 cal chambered PCP air rifle and am strongly leaning towards the gen 2 AEA Terminator as other semi autos in this caliber (ie Western Airguns Rattler and the like) all seem to be at least 2X plus compared to price of Terminator. My questions are are there any other quality 9mm semi autos comparable in price to Terminator (around $1200) I should check out? And also are there any aftermarket higher capacity magazines that work with gen 2 Terminator? Is it even possible to get a higher cap rotary mag to work in one?

I own firearms for plinking so the advancements in air rifle performance capabilities and the fact that they aren’t considered firearms and basically unregulated makes me think they are better option for where I live and will open up more areas where I can SAFELY plink around with them.

Thanks and much appreciation in advance for any insights you all can provide. I’m looking forward to posting more once I can finally get my hands on one. (Gen 2 Terminator seems to be sold out everywhere)

go to bintacllc.com

they have T9, HPss there’s others that are semi auto .357

the SF series and smaller ones have a bad rap for valve pins and magazines. The big bore guns also available in .357 seem to be better built.
Yes I had actually looked at both those models previously. My issue with those is that both only have 8 round mags for .35 and T9 having only 8” barrel and HPSS max having 13” barrel and no longer barrel options for either as far as I could tell. While the 8 round mag isn’t total deal breaker I’m pretty dead set on having barrel that’s 16-18” in length with an integrated suppressor or at least option to add one.

I want it for plinking but also just as much for knocking down gophers/groundhogs that have been destroying my yard and adjacent neighbors yard for years. That’s my reason for wanting longer barrel for hunting level accuracy out to 100 yards (as my neighbor has much larger property than I do but still not big enough for me to shoot firearms without violating local ordinances). I know .35 cal is probably overkill for those particular pests but if I can only get one rifle I’d rather it be capable of delivering at least 150 lbs pfe give or take.

I also want it suppressed enough not to alert nearby shot-spotter (which I have with a single .22lr pistol shot) or have other nearby neighbors calling police thinking it’s a real firearm if I’m shooting at rodents in my much smaller backyard.

Hope this doesn’t come across as sounding overly picky/critical. I truly appreciate the support and feedback I’ve received in this forum. The only other .35 semi autos I’ve seen in my research to meet these specs is Western Airguns Rattler or Leshiy 2 (with 450mm barrel option) but both approach around $3k price range at these specs which is too much for me right now unfortunately.

Thanks all

This is the biggest problem with AEA. They run through new models like an OnlyFans model runs through penicillin.
😂 Yea I think the gen 2 terminator was only first released in 2021. My theory is it’s CCP trolling US buyers by having their airgun industry take our money for their guns and then immediately ceasing to support them so we have to buy more. It’s economic warfare I tells ya!

This is the number one reason to pass on everything AEA offers. Even if they make a terrific airgun, you probably won't be able to buy parts or get support for it in the near future.

Onlyfans where every man can meet his future ex wife !! That’s funny
Brainstorm! I’ll start an only fans page for sole purpose of earning additional income to afford a Rattler/Leshyi 2. Only downside is being disowned by family and never again having respectable career opportunities. But still…I’ll have a Rattler baby!!!
