AEA will not semi!

I just ordered 2 new 25 cal mags for my TD. One broke immediately. Typically for me I have two issues with the mags. One the spring ends slips out of its anchor hole and two the carousel wheel gets slight damage over time that accumulates and builds until it starts to rub the sides and the cover plate.

On the springs I bend longer spring ends so they stick through the anchor holes which I then trim. I go two turns on the rewind. The carousel wheels will need all the burrs sanded of or the wheel so it can turn freely. I then place some 100 grit on the bench and sand both sides of the wheels flat. I have very little trouble after that.

Loading the first round and having the mag slip out of my hand is hard on springs. Many spring problems is when that happens.

I am currently having issues with my new AEA HP SS .25, and the gun does not semi. To fire the weapon, I have to set the bolt continuously; on top of this, the Mag does not feed the rounds. Has anybody else had this issue? I hope it is a human error because I don't want to part ways and wait, even though the pellet shop sent it in one day.

( It is not the pellet shop's fault the retailer sells them, so I'm not upset with them. )

Update, I spoke with the staff at The Pellet Shop, and they walked me through the troubleshooting. It was the magazine, and I also had to find that perfect PSI. with today's achievement, I would like to say big thanks to yall for helping me.
Why Not Give A MANUAL with everything you sell

I have been using these mags and they are very reliable. I get about zero jambs out of them. Some pellets just won't work like the polymags.
