If it is as good as my gauntlet it should do really well for many new shooters. The gauntlet is really good and accurate but it is a heavy gun.
Another great revue. Thanks Steve.

Crosman upped the ante today and has overnighted me a handpump, scope, and pellets for the winner!
Steve,
How can you be impartial with the Fortitude when Crosman supplies you?
Your review is already biased.

Telling the truth is really easy when you let the vendor know before they send it that that's what you're gonna do.
You got questions? Shoot. I've nothin to hide.

That’s to give away. Not exactly clear to me how that benefits Steve in a meaningful way.
Thank you Bob. It feels good to have fans. Steve

Steve, I've always enjoyed your reviews and look forward to them. But as a viewer I like to express my viewpoint as I see it.
If this put's me in a negative light just because I disagree with you this one time then it's unfortunate.
I won't stop looking and enjoying your reviews.
It's a shame when the gun you make doesn't even like the pellets you make! Both Crosman tins ended up on the no go side. What a bummer.
Less than 2 min to pump? This must be with a better pump than what came packaged with my Maximus.
1,000 to 2,000 psi took 50 pumps.....3 seconds per stroke is well over 2 minutes on that pump.
A Hill Mk4 would do it faster I'm sure but the basic Benjamin will be slow.

Not sure about what ya got there with your Maximus but this was a Benjamin 3-stage. Steve
