AEAC video - Hatsan NeutronStar .22 - SLUG MONGER!!

Hello Mr. Steve,

As always, very informative and enjoyable video. Love the fact it wasn't another video shooting nothing but pellets,

No one should be disappointed that this is a .22 because it shoots with the power of what the industry considers a well

powered .25 cal air rifle that has energy similar to a Sumatra with a magazine that holds twice as many shots. The

Sumatra 2500 is still more versatile but this is still a high powered and accurate .22 that for the price, is a typical Hatsan:

a feature filled, sub-$1000 high quality rifle at an extremely aggressive price point, that has great aesthetics with a Turkish

Walnut stock, and a carbon fiber bottle, that is tucked very neatly between the barrel and stock. It's high end for Hatsan

but overall not priced like the general high end products on the market, Highly impressive package with the high end scope

and high end moderator. Oh, and of course the Sports Match rings. A classy package that is all business.

Hi Steve, very good in depth review. I have two Hatsan guns, the AT44 in .22, and the BT65 big bore in .30cal. They are very accurate and powerful. What I don't like about them is the weight and that I had to modify the 22mm scope mount to fit standard picatinny mounts because it is not a true picatinny rail. The slots are too narrow, and the spacing in not standard. Other than that, I love my guns. Maybe the Neutron Star is a sign of future improvements. How about this Star in a bullpup?

Steve,

This is my favorite out of all your video's, so much information, straight no chaser!

I kept waiting on Mrs Steve to come out and get you for shooting in the house while she's sleeping..

Came to find out she was lying in bed reading, patiently waiting for me to finish my houuuuur long Vlog, as she put it, lol.

Something I noticed over the past few days filming at 50 & 100. The NeuteonStar's receiver and weaver rails are machined so true to the receiver and barrel alignment, that a centered scope was only 3 clicks off at 50 & 100. That's good manufacturing! Steve

Awesome review of the Hatsan Neutronstar! Always great to see you reviews. Have 160 acres around the house with corn fields in the back. Racoon look out. Would make a great addition to the collection. Have 1100 acres I used to take care of the ground hog population for an owner where I used to Maintain the property. Could get the permission to shoot there again. And the cleaning review was awesome to both beginners and veterans! Keep them coming. Powermonger

Good video really like the look of the rifle

i bought the patchworm a while back and on the first pull the bulge in the line that holds the plug in place stripped off

unfortunately i bought it from someone on amazon i believe and never did get any response from them but meh no big it was inexpensive just disappointing

You can make your own pretty easy by tying a knot in weedwacker line and applying a little heat with a lighter.

I've always liked Steve's videos and vlogs. Lots of good details often missed in other reviews.

I'm a bit put off of Hatsan after getting one and experiencing the absolutely horrendous machining. The engineering was almost frightening but the execution was even worse. Mine is a Bully that would fire when the action pops open!!!! 😬😳
