AEAC Video - Swiss Arms TG One .177 - vlog25

I enjoyed watching. I’ve been intrigued by this gun since it hit the shelf in Wally World here. I really like its stock and scope set up for a gun at that price. I learned something new as well on the methods to get the most out of the gun. I use lower end priced Springers quite a bit with the initial testing of my targets simply because of their power is within the optimal target shooting range and I don’t need to worry about air and pressure dropping in the tank. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Trying to find a good shooter from the big box store is kind of a crap shoot some GOOD.. AND many really terrible. I bought an airgun from Stoeger called the S6000A it's an Underlever type with fixed barrel. I think it's a clone of a Weirauch HW77 cause the loading breech looks almost the same . The rifle looks promising until I started shooting it .And I want to say it does want to shoot but it's got some work on their quality control issues. FIRST the stock screws were getting loose no surprise, and typical with break barrels. So i tighten it and the stock cracked . What a disappointment , so I sent it back and I must say Stoeger customer support has been extremely helpful. The replaced the stock and returned it to me. Then I decided to Chrony the velocity. SAD to see but it was moving under 580fps with 14.3 crosman premium pellets. And even slower with H&N pellets . I discovered the piston seal was damaged. I called customer support and they kindly sent me a new seal. I then replaced it and it seem to make barely 600fps not any better and far from the proclaimed 800fps on the box even states lead pellets not alloy . The spring cocking effort is really light in beginning to think it's just an underpowered spring itself. My HW95 is a little harder to cock and its averaging 699fps with H&Nfft pellets . .
