Thought it would be cool to see various pictures of aerodynamic things / creatures in flight.

I would assume a humming bird was extremely slick, but you will have to be damn fast on the camera trigger to capture it with its wings folded in forward flight.
I have actually for a while contemplated if i was able to take a picture of a pellet / slug as it leave the barrel, but i have not yet dusted off my DSLrs for that experiment.
Also not even sure they have a fast enough exposure, generally when i take pictures i am at the other end of the scale in low light.

I never thought a pelican looked at all aerodynamic, but I took this at the coast on New Years day and maybe they can be.

The prettiest bird in Denmark, the kingfisher, got to be dynamic as it can deal with the rapid transition from air to water.
But it would seem it do not fold in its guidance kit before the literally last moment.
The Gannet is another dive bomber, that can handle massive density changes wit ease.
