N/A Aesthetics

I gave up on wood stocks on hunting rifles because I got serious about maximum repeatable accuracy.
This is in all weather conditions .
With the Airguns my conditions will not vary as extremely, so back to wood looks good.
The revere and kratos are it so far. The raw has the red laminate because of a sale and available. Id prefer
the walnut. Really interested lately in the fx drs walnut of course.

I like small and compact and utilitarian design. No window dressing, bare bones performance for me… An example of one my choices.

What is your preference as far as looks are concerned for your rifles? In my opinion the Air Arms S510 in walnut is one of the most beautiful guns out there..zebra wood with gorgeous bluing.

Old school British walnut.

JOHN ,John, John what did you do to me.

im laying here after surgery with a nice Oxy buzz. I’ve saw this rifle but didnt read much on here so it was ignored. But your single little post got me researching . The Uragan will take a back seat I think. Tomorrow will tell. Both Airgun Depot and Pyramid have in stock. I don’t like the ultimate sportier extra only because of the plastic cheek riser. I do like the xs extra and it’s $200 cheaper.
Like Jaxjax before you that alerted us to a RAW 1000x hrt on sale for $1500 all my guns except the first ( Reximex rpa)
were recommended buy you guys ( zelos and 2 benjis from AR ). Opps forgot the 25 Revere that was recommended Not to buy.
Thanks all

I appreciate the fine look and feel of the traditional but also like shooting just about any. The function over form is fine with me also, like the USFT. When I look at it, I see the simplicity and beauty of engineering and function.
That said, these are a sample of my nicest looking and feeling...

My favorite is likely the JK Hahn Majesty in the first pic on the right... a phenomenally accurate 22 with some of the nicest mags I've seen... Looks nice and feels perfect...
The 2 Falcons are hard to beat, also... very light with high polished, blued steel and brass and nice wood stocks. Career 707 is just a little too gaudy but awesome accuracy and power... The Tarantula is beautiful but feels too much like a shotgun to me. Wonderfully accurate, though...
