Aye some mind clearing group therapy does the soul more good than those overpriced Doctor Phil types ever could.

Glad your out of ICU! You could probably buy another over priced PCP or two for the price they charge for the ICU!

I too find it relaxing after a hard day, to go shoot a session on the hft range or just punch some paper. It is so far from the hustle and bustle of construction. I'm glad that you have an outlet to destress and relax. I would think that in your line of work it can be difficult. Good shooting !
