Afternoon pistol play

I shot my Zoraki .22 at 11 and 19 yards using the JSB 13.43 pellets. The sight is a reflex sight. Gun rested on handrail of deck, two pumps. The bottom groups are 5 shots at 11 yards. And the three shot groups are at 19 yards. These are an incredible value, powerful on three pumps and really accurate too.

They are easy for one pump, accurate too. Then two pumps is about as hard as a P-17, and three pumps is an effort but not too bad. A shooting session using three pumps would definitely be a workout!

Here’s a better picture of it. Looking forward to mounting a scope today and try for accuracy on three pumps off of bags. In this picture I have the reflex sight on the .177 Zoraki with an after market barrel. Some years ago l remember hearing that you could do 4 pumps in one of the models, they were called Webley Alecto‘s back then. But I understand that you can harm these with 4 pumps. So I’m staying with three. Man if they would only make a little Zoraki carbine that’s as accurate and say up to 10 pumps, they would sell like crazy I’m betting!

L.Leon, I’m quite sure that you would like one very much! I’m liking the .177 a little better, but only because it’s got the after market barrel and silencer. The .22 is just as accurate but not as flat shooting. Here’s more groups at 25 yards. That HW44 .177 with a scope is very accurate too. I’m going to scope the .22 today and try it at 25 yards to see how it does.
