Just stating fact, not wanting sympathy, frustrated to the max when I typed it. Not the only reason I signed up to Air Gun Nation.

Been shafted by an insurance agent and used auto dealer (only once each instance}, never thought this would happen here. Meaning ate big gun community.

Yes.
I mean he could really be either 1) working on it but keep on failing to complete 2) delusional.
The only way to confirm he is indeed a downright scammer is to talk him into giving more info about the design of the gun.
Nobody has ANY info about the gun, for now, to conclude that it is really impossible regardless of how unlikely it seems.
