In making sure customers are not unhappy with their products! I had a defect issue with a U2C, which I've mentioned before. I reached out to Derrick Wall for help, we texted back and forth a few times with Q&A and suggestions. I essentially changed 2 o-rings by the valve assembly, no luck. At that point Derrick advised me to contact Oleg at AGN. Well, after a couple texts, Oleg sent a replacement valve seal priority.
From observing this, it is painfully obvious both Derrick and Oleg stand behind the brand. This is exactly the type of thing customers want to see, and feel confident about.
